Rosa Parks — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

Service is horrible. We forgot few ILS in the tip, the waitress came and stoped us from going, blaming us that the tip is not enough and should be at least 10% So, a friend gave his cerdit card and asked to put 15% on it. Instead of charging 54 ILS the waitress charged 70 ILS. When my friend asked her about that she argued with him and bloated the bill, trying to hide it from him (but he saw anyway). The good guy is not the type who argue, and while he needs that money he left it.

This is unacceptable behavior. First of all customers dont have to give tips thats why they are called TIPS Second the bloating of the bill and the overchatge is outrightly outrages.

Went to this place a few weeks ago without reserving a table, the girl in the entrance put me on a waiting list and in 10 minutes we were sitting at a table. Last Thursday came again with some other friends, the place was clearly half empty, the girl in the entrance said there is no available table, I asked her to put us on the list and that we would wait, she looked me up and down condescendingly and said that she cannot write anything down and ‘No’! Don’t know why the rudeness, but we went to another place and had a great time with great service and nice people. Lively atmosphere in this neighborhood bar. There are a few draft beers and the regular alcohol menu plus some wine and cocktails. The service ranges between cheerful, friendly and helpful to non-communicatuve/apathetic, depending on how busy the place is.
