I have been in many restaurants all over Europe and I have never experienced service this bad. We have also eaten in many resultants here in Alghero over our seven nights here and had nothing but positive experiences.

From the moment we sat down we waited 15 minutes to receive menus. 2 of the 3 waiters refused/were unable to serve us as we did not speak Italian.

The head female waitress in particular was seen making gestures to other staff not to approach our table.

We received our starter and the food itself was quite good which makes the experience all the more disappointing. The chef seems very talented.

This starter was then was removed from our table while we still had food on our forks and in our mouths. The main courses were then placed on the table as they removed our plates from our starters at the same time.

The young male staff member asked twice if this was ok despite being unable to speak to us previously and when we aired our frustration at the plates being removed so quickly, the waitress and young staff member responded by laughing at us both together and with other customers.

The waiter who dealt with us mostly was a young male who spoke english and he, along with the manager, were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Again the food that we did have was very tasty, but the disrespect and near discrimination felt from the other 2 waiters made it impossible to enjoy the experience.

Overall we ordered a bottle of wine, one starter and two main courses which came to nearly €90. We paid €50, as we were unable to eat the main courses but we thought the restaurant had a lot of potential.

Despite this, this was soon proved regrettable as the waiting staff laughed and waved us out of the restaurant, making cheeky remarks.

The management was understanding. The waiting staff threaten the potential of this business to be successful for tourists and anyone...

Sorry, we don’t want to be rude but me and my girlfriend have to be honest with you. Maybe it was one of these nights when everything wasn’t 100% good as it usually is but this dinner and service one week ago was not good at all.

We ordered our food and wine and i don’t know how long time we had to wait before two young guys from the service staff arrived, we asked about the wine and the food and it was pretty obvious that they had forgot our order.

To the bread and olive oil we didn’t get any small plates to put the olive oil on. The bread was harshly.

I had to ask for a new fork and knife after the antipasto because i didn’t receive any for the maincourse, neither my girlfriend.

I took a pasta with small clams, similar to vongele but i only got like two shrimps and just a few clams.

When we paid for our dinner and explained that we were dissapointed we only got the answer that it was so much customers that evening. You have a nice location but if we are gonna come back to you then we want way better service and food than this...

A nice place with delicious cuisine and very good Sardinian wine in the old town of Alghero. We had pasta, of course, and it was very good. We chose the ones with seafood (including Fragola Sarda), and it was a great idea. We tried the local wine and the dessert "seadas," which was also delicious.

The only issue was that after sitting inside for a long time, we wanted to have dessert and wine outside (the place was empty), but the staff didn't allow it, so we had to sit on an uncomfortable bench in front of the restaurant, even though the entire outdoor terrace was empty. This was very rude, and that's why we never returned during our...

We came here because of the Ratings. But we did not experienced it as good as written. We sat on a terraza that is supposed to belong to the Restaurant. So many people ran into my Chair on their way down to the City... The waiter was not as friendly towards us as to other guests which spoke italian. After our meal the waitress said that we have to pay inside, twice, left us feeling unwanted after eating as we wanted to have 5 more minutes to come down. The fregola was tasty. The Lemon Pasta with clams was ok because a few were not eatable.
