Unfortunately, this is yet another establishment that seems to hold disdain for tourists. The staff were completely disorganized and inattentive. I stood at the counter for about eight minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, despite several glances in my direction. During that time, an Italian customer attempted to cut the line—sidling up beside me uninvited. When a staff member finally turned to take an order, he addressed the Italian man first, ignoring me entirely.

The man began placing his order, but I was able to cut in by speaking Italian myself, saying “I’m first.” Both he and the worker looked surprised—clearly not expecting any resistance to their behavior. I then placed my order, which took about fifteen minutes to prepare. While waiting, we watched the staff nearly get into an argument with another table over a mix-up in their order.

Only after repeated glances in their direction did they seem to remember us and what we were waiting for. It’s disappointing to encounter places like this—ones that mistreat the very visitors who support their economy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any...

Disrespectful from the beginning. We where in the middle of the line, when we got attended, from the beginning you could see the face of dislike because of accent in Spanish. We patently waited over 40 minutes were we could see how everyone was getting served even the people that were behind us back in the waiting line. Un local muy acogedor, tienen hamburguesas, kebab y focacha. Puedes comer fuera en unas mesas las cuales son propiedad del bar de al lado en donde pides las bebidas y te puedes comer lo que que hayas comprado en la pizzería. Comimos hamburguesas y focaccia que estaban muy bien elaborada.

Una vez que hayas visto Torre di Porta Terra, es el momento de descansar en esta pizzería. La comida italiana es buena en este establecimiento.
