Simply amazing! Instead of picking another restaurant or (wine) bar we waited for Luca to open and that choice was justified! We tasted six different delicious Sardinian red wines whilst enjoying a rich platter of amazing local cheese and charcuterie. The bar has plenty of cozy indoor and outdoor seating possibilities. This is simply the best way to enjoy a gorgeous autumn evening in Italy. And you’d think that all of this in the heart of a beautiful city like Alghero would cost you a fortune, but no! Lucca’s “no menu” policy is nothing but (extremely) fair.

Great place stumbled upon by chance. Brilliant local meat/cheese board, lovely wine, laid back atmosphere and astonishing value for money. One of the nicest places we've encountered in Sardinia. No pretence, just good quality and a warm welcome. A great change from the usual tourist...
