Aged cheese I've ever tasted, the flavor profile is so rich, and the cheese is so crystalized, you will be shocked when you taste it, this is what great cheese tastes like.
The fish options, from Amberjack to white fish, the freshness and flavor profile of every fish-based dish will leave you wanting more.
The legume options are otherworldly, you can order them in a soup or salad, one thing is for sure, the legumes will blow your mind.
The cocktails and wine. First, the olive oil and gin cocktail is to die for. Holy sh** it's so good. Packed with fresh figs and grapefruit, this olive oil-infused drink is delicious and revolutionary. It's impossible to order only one. The wine list is packed with local wines that are equally delicious and unique. Grab a table on the top floor, order a bottle, and enjoy the ambiance.

Read moreI cannot thank the family who owns this restaurant enough. There are truly no words to describe the experience each one has given my family and I during our visit to Capri. We took a cooking class at Columbus set up by our travel agency. When arriving at the class we were greeted so warmly and the warmth did not stop there. We were given an experience that went above and beyond our expectations! Our 2 teachers (Mikaele and Elyssa) were incredible. The owner Sabina made us feel like we were part of the family. I have dietary restrictions and she made sure I would be able to eat what I made by going food shopping for gluten free and dairy free products. I can’t thank her enough for what she did. We thought we were going to just eat the ravioli we made, but to our surprise, we were given an entire meal cooked by the chefs. Each dish better than the next and even made dishes that fit my intolerances. We are definitely going to add the torta caprese to our holiday dessert menu!! We took a cooking class with the owners daughter, Eliza, who was outstanding in her knowledge, communication skills, sense of humor and fun . We made classic ravioli Caprese from scratch then sat down to a meal and tastings by her father. We sampled at least 8 cheeses, homemade breads, fresh vegetables from their garden, a chicken dish , our ravioli and the most amazing pasta dish I have ever eaten whipped up by the father. A linguini with zucchini and cheese was perfection. Wine accompanied everything and we were told which regions of Capri everything came from. They make their own olive oil and it was so delicious we had to buy a few bottles before we left. The THREE desserts were each delicious.
