DUE PINI RISTORANTE CAPRI — Restaurant in Anacapri

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken — it came with just two small pieces of chicken and barely any flavor. The dressing was weirdly sweet and tasted nothing like a proper Caesar.

What really bothered me: I saw another customer send back a salad, and shortly after, I was served mine. I strongly suspect they gave me the same one — absolutely unacceptable.

The service was indifferent, and when I mentioned the poor quality while paying, the lady didn’t even care. For a place just 50 meters from the tourist chairlift, I should have known better. It felt like a tourist trap from start to finish.

I want to give this place 5 stars. The food is really good. The staff is really nice. Mostly. It's super disjointed. There's a built who literally runs through the restaraunt like he is trying to out a fire. Like a bad fire. He just makes the place look bad. I saw him yell at 4 people. I think one was his boss. One girl was crying, I could tell. It's just food people. Treat everyone well. The guests feel the tension. I felt the tension. The servers are so busy fighting they're ignoring the guests. the food was ok but the service was terrible. I went to the restaurant at 5pm, it said it was open but when we got there, we were forced to sit at a table in the sun, literally in the sun, as a lady named Valentina claimed to be preparing the restaurant for dinner; so if they were preparing why didn't they close the restaurant to prepare for dinner ?
