De Rossi 99 — Restaurant in Bari

Siamo stati ieri sera (sabato sera) in questo ristorante ed è stata una meravigliosa scoperta. Locale curatissimo e pulito, servizio impeccabile e cibo perfetto. Il locale ha cambiato gestione verso giugno 2025 e infatti si vede in tutto, dal cibo, servizio, atmosfera, menu, locale... Questa nuova gestione è una gestione famigliare e infatti ti senti subito a casa. Il proprietario (e maitre) è una persona SQUISITA e PROFESSIONALISSIMA, si nota immediatamente che è del settore, ne capisce di cucina, materie prime, vini, ma soprattutto sa fare in maniera impeccabile il suo lavoro.... Si perché L'ARTE della ristorazione è andata persa da tempo ormai e tutti si improvvisano ristoratori. Lui no!! Benny è ristoratore da una vita e RISTORA il cliente prendendosi cura di ogni esigenza e voglia, oltre che sa parlare diverse lingue. In cucina c'è la moglie, una cuoca eccezionale infatti abbiamo preso degli antipasti ovvero polpette al sugo che si scioglievano in bocca e una bella porzione di parmigiana ( la più bona mai mangiata in vita mia), poi uno spaghetto ai frutti di mare delizioso, abbondante e pieno di frutti di mare, diverse pizze e un tiramisù (con uova pastorizzate e mascarpone freschissimo e sofficissimo). Da qui si denota subito la scelta di materie prime di qualità oltre che la professionalità in cucina con tempi di attesa brevi e piatti cucinati e cotti perfettamente. Per quanto riguarda le pizze ce il figlio, ragazzo veramente in gamba, veloce e attento alle cotture.... Abbiamo preso 5 pizze (parmigiana, cacio e pepe, martinese,margherita e piadina) l'impasto è il vero impasto barese cioè digeribile e leggero....pizze buone, saporite e condite veramente bene. 2 acque, una birra e tre coperti.... 3 persone = 65€ Dopo il conto il proprietario (Benny) ci ha offerto il tiramisù e siamo rimasti a parlare come se fossimo a casa. Esperienza veramente ottima.... Sarà tappa fissa!!!

P. S. Se passate da qui DOVETE provare assolutamente la parmigiana e i dolci tutti caserecci fatti dalla moglie del...

I won't lie - the atmosphere was good and the pizzas were tasty (not sure about their quality). However, the thing I hate the most is when people lie to me. In this place they definitely lied to us and charged us more. We ordered 2 pizzas for 5 and 6 euro (so 11 euro in total) while they have us an invoice for 14 euro. In the menu there wasn't information about such fee of extra 3 euro and it wasn't explained to us in English. Even the "invoice" was just a sheet of paper and the values were written with a pen!! This is...

We have visited the restaurant yesterday evening, after 2 hours of searching for an open one. It was quite late, around 10 PM, but we got in, had a lovely meal and were the last one leaving. The choice of meals was wide and the prices unmatched for the area. The waitress was really nice, even though it was visible she was quite tired. Anyways, I would recommend this place...
