Family dinner. Dining at Vettor Ristorante was a very nice experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and infused with artistic charm. The fusion of Southern Italian and Japanese cuisine is executed with remarkable creativity and precision — each dish felt like a story told through flavor.

We were guided through the menu by a knowledgeable and friendly staff, who made us feel truly welcomed. Uramakis beautifully plated and bursting with balanced, bold flavors.We also had the risotto that was unforgettable.

The attention to detail, both in the food and the service, was impeccable. You can tell the team is passionate about what they do. It’s not just a meal — it’s a curated experience that blends tradition, innovation, and hospitality.

QUESTO NON È UN GIUDIZIO SULLA CUCINA MA SULL’ORGANIZZAZIONE È IL SERVIZIO Ieri ho prenotato tramite l’app a cui il loro google suite rimanda, un tavolo alle 21 per 7 persone. Ci siamo presentati alle 20.50 e non solo non è stato dato il tavolo ma, la responsabile (o chi per lei) ha riferito di aver inoltrato un messaggio (?!) ove cancellavano la prenotazione per indisponibilità. Premesso che l’overbooking è un problema che si può riscontrare in ogni tipo di attività ricettiva/ristorativa, a ristorante completamente vuoto, sarebbe stato importante gestire la criticità in maniera più consona ad un locale così blasonato e di livello. Non solo, i camerieri presenti all’accettazione confabulavano sul non saper utilizzare le piattaforme di prenotazione da parte di chi è affetto all’accoglienza. Conclusione: io non ho mai ricevuto il fatidico messaggio in nessuno dei sistemi di messaggistica presenti sul mio telefono, siamo andati in un ristorante di pari livello e siamo stati accolti egregiamente (quindi non ritorneremo mai più dal primo). Una considerazione da una persona che per lavoro gestisce clienti ogni giorno: le criticità possono capitare a tutti, ma il valore aggiunto è saperle risolvere in maniera adeguata… e ieri siamo stati “Messi alla porta” senza nemmeno un adeguato...

My partner and I had an wonderful evening thanks to the polite and attentive staff. The food and the presentation was fabulous and of course, delicious! Also the drinks was very tasty and refreshing. I had an smalltalk with the owner in the end as I wanted to pay, very polite and kind, as I had some questions the day before and he responded to me personally on IG. We will come...
