The review will be one of the easiest I have ever written, don't waste your time at all. The service was absolutely shocking , it's that bad the manager could not even be bothered to come and respond to our requests on how slow and disgustingly rude the whole situation was.
We ordered food as soon as we arrived just wanted some pancakes and the famous hot chocolate we have heard about from all the reviews. The drink came WITHOUT a problem but the food haha, that was another hour before that canme along . Then they gave us another round of hot chocolate due to the inconvenience, as they said 5 mins more and food will be out it was a further 15mins so the original how chocolate was cold and then the replacement 🤦🏿♂️. It was an absolute mess.
Food came out so we were all ready to eat and said we can overlook our drink coldness again. The food haha , why bother cold as ICE 🧊. Tasted DREADFUL as it was soooooo cold . As you do in these situations you complain and ask to see the manager . Well the Manager COULD NOT BE BOTHERED to speak with us . Literally the waiter came out after I had said I am not paying for this and just apologised and said that's fine. Hahaha , I wanted to pay as I am a tourist so I want to spend my money with you but to not even have the audacity to come and speak to your customers DISGUSTING.
All I can say is if they are busy just walk away no one had a CLUE what they where doing and the manager just hides...

After finishing her drink, she started experiencing painful cramps. Concerned, she asked the waiter if her coffee was indeed made with oat milk, to which he initially replied that they make all their coffees with hot milk. When she pressed further, asking specifically about the oat milk, he became evasive and stopped communicating.
I want to emphasize that this review is not about the restaurant as a whole but specifically about the waiter. Someone who cannot take an order correctly, despite having it clarified twice, and does not understand the importance of dietary requirements, has no place in the service industry.
