We stumbled into this place by chance for a quick lunch snack and ended up staying for almost five hours, enjoying food, drinks, and a great atmosphere at the bar. The service was warm and attentive — until it came to paying. Unfortunately, we noticed a mistake on the bill — we were overcharged by 30 euros. That can happen, no big deal.

What surprised us, though, was the initial reaction of the staff: they ignored us at first and then kept insisting the bill was correct without even checking it. That felt strange and out of character compared to the otherwise friendly vibe.

Luckily, the manager eventually came over, spotted the mistake, corrected it, and everyone apologized sincerely. In the end, we left satisfied but with a bit of a sour aftertaste, which is a shame after such an otherwise...

Food and drinks were good. Watch out when you take starter for 2 persons with ham and cheeses - I do not recommend to take it together with main course because it's huge.

When it comes to service i was not really happy. Waiters do not even know simple words in english it's difficult to communicate. They forgot orders, I had to remind them after couple of min waiting for a wine. We waited for a bill 20 min asking waiter 3 times when will it come. At third time we relized that maybe we should pay at the bar - waiter failed to communicate that, I think even if you do not know english it is possible, it's only...

Prenotato per le 14 Arriviamo con 10 min di anticipo, ci fanno accomodare Dopo mezz'ora una dei ragazzi prende la prenotazione precisando che non c'è più burro per i casoncelli Optiamo per un panino e un brasato e polenta Beh.... Il cibo ci è stato portato dopo 1 ora e 10... E ad un nostro accenno di fastidio per il tempo eccessivo di attesa, la ragazza invece di scusarsi rendendosi conto che per un panino 1ora e 10 è veramente troppo, si è giustificata "infastidita" dicendo che sono solo in 3 e che avevamo un tavolo di fianco con 12 persone A casa mia se siete sotto di personale mettete un limite ai clienti da far accomodare Per di più regole COVID assolutamente NON RISPETTATE, i tavoli erano troppo vicini. Vogliamo parlare poi del "brasato con polenta"? Dalla foto potete constatare che era ROSBIF con appena 2 palline di polenta (senza nemmeno un cestino di pane per accompagnare, che in caso di polenta ADEGUATA, non doveva certo essere portato, ma visto che il piatto era scandalosamente povero di polenta un po' di pane non guastava!) Certo non avrebbero dovuto farlo pagare 15€ come da listino o dirmi "il brasato è terminato e anche la polenta" sarebbe stato un bel gesto, infatti al tavolo di fianco hanno fatto la lista di quello che era terminato.... A noi dopo lo scazzo della ragazza non ci hanno proprio pensato di ammetterlo. Per me il mio compagno è stato un pranzo da dimenticare. Va bene far girare l'economia in questo periodo così pesante, ma qui il modo di approcciare col cliente e saper accettare i propri limiti non c'è e passi pure per fesso e scortese.......
