I had a really nice experience here. Talking as a tourist, watching a live football match, as an AWAY side. Sounds disrespectful to the host? . Well its an Irish Bar, in the center of Bologna. Of course everyone is local, or at least supporting the local club. But football is about a MATCH. So yeah I wore a Juventus kit, representing and balancing the audience. Its a football match, afterall . A guy stood and approached me, talked to me twice, how should I be 'respectful' to the host and asked me to take off my Juventus shirt. I was being wise and wanted to take it off. BUT some other Bologna fans convinced me to keep it. They're simply being mature. Great! . And the Bar crews asked me several times if Im okay. Of course I am. But they made sure I felt safe, and convinced me to stay and enjoy the match. This is how it should be . So, thank you for the hospitality. I Really enjoyed it. Especially when the score is draw. Well i prefer not to win that night because any hooligan-act might happen . So thanks mate!!

As far as "Irish pubs" abroad go, this isn't a bad shout TBH... a nice stab at old wooden decor, staff were friendly and efficient, but the best thing for me was the beer range; everthing from standard lagers through to local craft beers on tap and a load of stuff in can / bottle including a surprising amount of actual Irish stuff like Wicklow Wolf! Overall, then, worth a visit if you're after an irish / UK feel to a pub, but also if you fancy some craft beers. Does both reasonably well, which isn't the norm.

Good Irish pub, perfect spot to catch some football, plenty of TV'S and a wide selection of beers. If you're looking for a local hangout, I'm not sure if this is the place for you, 95% of the people in here are tourists. If you're looking to meet some nice people from all over the world or catch a game, this is your spot.

Nice selection of beer, good and bad service, and a little pricey. They usually have a good selection of beer and that's why I go, and the staff are generally friendly, but when there is a problem sometimes they are less than helpful. Several times I've had a bad pint, which my friend has also commented on, and have complained only to be told that there is nothing wrong with it. I'm used to bar staff who apologise and give me a new pint without any questions, especially when it's not just me who says it. I've also been given the wrong drink only to be told "too bad". Unfortunately it's hard to find a good pint in Bologna, otherwise I would have taken my...
