Fraben caffè — Restaurant in Bologna

Avoid at all costs. The young waiter spilled BOTH of our drinks on my girlfriend's legs (and inside her shoes). Accidents happen, that's okay but they did nothing to compensate for it. Waiter wiped the table, came back with the same drinks and said that will be 18 euros please. I don't want to blame this on cultural differences, that's just basic courtesy to offer something to make up for it. You ruined a pair of 120$ reebok and my girlfriend is soaking wet of sticky spritz for the entire afternoon. We had to go back to the hotel, shower and change and comeback to city centre. A free drink, a shot, an appetizer, an apology, literally ANYTHING to excuse your very bad mistake.

The service was terrible. We waited for more than 40 minutes for just drinks. The waiter seemed high, we couldn't even understand what he was saying (I'm italian btw), he managed first to loose the order and then, after bragging about not spilling a drink, spill it... I ordered a Sbagliato and the waiter, being confused between a Negroni sbagliato and a Spritz sbagliato, didn't bother to ask which one. Thank God he lost the first order so the second time I could specify it. The service costs 1€ each, but they just brought us chips for the aperitivo. The counter was "broken" so we couldn't pay separately for some mysterious reason. Awful place,...

I had a very disappointing experience at this café. Yesterday, a waitress rudely told us not to place the ashtray on the chair and to put it in the middle of the table. We complied without any issues. However, she then returned and mentioned there was a camera, implying we should be careful. We felt this was an accusation of attempting to steal the ashtray, which she confirmed when we asked.

Her behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She clearly lacked basic customer service skills and didn't know how to speak to customers politely. This experience left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this...
