La Piazzetta Ristorante — Restaurant in Bologna

Very disappointed with the service in this place. Even though most of the food was good quality and we had a pleasant time at the beginning, there was one dish that we didn’t like. We were asked if there was a problem, we said that we feel something is not right with it and it tastes spoiled. The only response from the waiter was that we are wrong, the dish is perfect and the plate was taken away from us immediately. Then we saw that this was included in the bill which we thought was not right since we didn’t have it and we were only “greeted” with the guy nearly having a nervous breakdown saying that we are again not right and of course this should be included in the bill. It was just an extremely bad experience which spoiled our night. He could have just politely taken the plate, not included the pasta in the bill and we would have happily paid the rest 200+€ and left the place...

Appena entrati ci accolgono in modo molto carino e simpatico indicandoci il tavolo. Facciamo presente che invece che in 10 eravamo in 8, e invece di fare una faccia scocciata come succede spesso, ci consigliano di farci risistemare il tavolo per stare sempre comodi ma più intimi.. cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato perché ci ha permesso di parlarci tutti quanti durante la serata, sistemati in una composizione di tavoli quadrata invece del solito tavolone lungo dove il primo e l'ultimo non sanno se siano venuti a vicenda.

Abbiamo scelto un menù di pesce e se la partenza è stata ottima i piatti hanno confermato il livello di cura di questo ristorante, una cucina ricercata elaborata ed eseguita in modo davvero impeccabile, scenografica nell'aspetto ma anche di sostanza nella quantità e nel gusto. Antipasto di polpo con purè e cavolo nero Primo Calamarata ai grani antichi vongole e bottarga (voto 12!), frittura gamberi e calamari e per finire una sable breton con crema al limone veramente particolare e profumata.

Il prezzo assolutanente in linea per un ristorante di pesce, anche se, per quello che abbiamo mangiato e per il livello di sazietà, lo ritengo molto soddisfacente, non vedendo l'ora di tornarci.

Se volete mangiare pesce a Bologna lo consiglio vivamente, ottima...

My friends and I came here today and it was extremely nice. The food and drinks were great and the service was very pleasant. The menu has just the right variety of specialties, mostly seafood but one of us also had a very nice lasagna. It's really nicely decorated with a nice atmosphere and a warm welcome and service from the staff. We look forward to visiting again. 5 stars :) grazie mile to...
