Pasta Fresca Naldi — Restaurant in Bologna

I waited about 15 minutes. I had lasagna and tortellini. The lasagna was the best I’ve ever had. The balance of tomato and béchamel, the softness of the pasta, and the ease of cutting it, along with the spices … everything was great. The tortellini was nice too; I also bought fresh tortellini to take home. Since cream always feels heavier to me, I prefer lasagna, but the tortellini was very good as well. You can see them being freshly made at the place where you pay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They serve the food as takeout, so there’s no place to eat inside. Many locals take the pasta ar home. If you buy a drink from the café/bar next door, they allow you to sit and eat there. Opening the package is a bit tricky, but it was still a nice, different experience. It feels less touristy and more like you’re enjoying...

An Italian recommended us this place (as the best pasta in Bologna) so we went to search for it.

We arrived 10 minutes before closure so we had to pick from what was left (it was fresh and made on the spot, but I guess they only have a certain amount of ingredients per day). The pasta is takeaway, but you can eat it a terrace nearby.

It's a family business definitely: we saw old people inside they looked like a family, looked after each other. Even though my Italian is not so good (I'm a beginner), they were patient with us and we managed to understand each other.

The food is just divine, the authentic taste of the amazing bolognese food. No words can describe it, you have to go try it.

Their pasta were amazing! We were strolling around the area and we found this long queue which made us really curious about the food that they offer. We decided to try lining up as well and see why is there such a hype for this place. When we got our food, we were kinda skeptical because of the container which is a normal sealed plastic one which is not that presentable. However, when we tasted it, it was AMAZING. Really nice flavors and you can really distinguish that the pasta are fresh. Their prices are also affordable for the quality that you will get. Definitely a must visit but I really wish that the containers would be much better in...
