The friendliest sister-owned business I've ever met. We bought their homemade pasta to go. They gave us specific instructions on how to prepare them, very easy, and they were all delicious. The pasta melts in your mouth, nothing like the ones you buy at a supermarket. It's not cheap but so worth the experience. Went there on a Friday afternoon to get some handmade pasta for my bolognese dish. Unfortunately, the lady that was selling them told me that fresh pasta needs to stay in the fridge so I had to abandon my plans. Absolutely delightful. We stopped here on our Taste Bologna food tour and learned of the history of this shop. Women run it and leading up to Easter they even sleep in the shop for three days working around the clock to hand make all the pasta.
