This place gave me an outstanding, perfect meal ! The service is very good, the staff liking after you is faultless, ready to recommend the perfect choice of wine to pair with the very adventurous four choices I made. The dishes coming out were outstanding, and the flavours are bold, with an unashamed usage of some sort of meat that is not exactly crowd pleasing, but delivers stellar food . I had the 2 oysters on the menu to start with, both good but the oyster au natural was definitely better than the bourguignonne one, so I ordered other 2 of those. Then came the beans, cauliflower, bacon and apple starter. This was possibly the only thing that was not perfect. It was still good, but the cauliflower was not singing in harmony with the rest of the ingredients on this dish. Then came the sheep ravioli with a mushroom sauce, a velvety, smooth sauce that was simply divine, smooth, luxurious. I later confirmed that they used fondo bruno to have that smoothness. A stellar dish, this will stay with me for a very long time ! I also ordered the duck with broccoli, mostarda, foie gras, and burnt almonds. Yet another masterpiece in elegance, bold but delicious and, in a certain way, subtle. The duck was cooked perfectly, the broccoli with the foie gras and mostarda worked really well, and the final result was spectacular! I changed wine with every course, and the choice that the expert staff made for me was so perfect, and competently done, I was in heaven !Lastly, as I am a dessert person, I ordered both, the pear sorbet with honey and sage, a fresh , summery dessert that took me back to summer with its delicate freshness about it! The smoked mascarpone with olive and raspberries was also divine. Sadly I do not remember the excellent wines that I ordered, but the sommelier gave me some advice that I followed, and the pairing he suggested was spot on. I believe they do deserve to be awarded a Michelin star. Thank you guys, you were...

The interior exudes a modern yet cozy atmosphere, with a thoughtful design that makes the space feel intimate without being overly formal. It’s a place where you can settle in and truly enjoy the craft behind each dish.
Every dish showcased the restaurant’s commitment to high-quality ingredients and inventive pairings: • Sourdough with Juniper Butter – A perfect start! The crusty, airy sourdough paired beautifully with the creamy, aromatic juniper butter, adding an unexpected depth to a simple but essential dish.
• Bean Soup – Silky, rich, and comforting, yet elevated with layers of flavor that made it anything but ordinary. • Beef Tongue – A standout. Tender, deeply flavorful, and perfectly complemented by the accompaniments, making each bite a textural and savory delight. • Jerusalem Artichoke & Barley – Creamy, earthy, and enhanced by the burnt onion reduction, creating a balance of nuttiness and umami that lingered beautifully. • Duck Breast with Broccoli and Cremonese Mustard – Cooked to perfection, with the mustard adding just the right kick to balance the rich, flavorful duck.
The staff was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, ensuring the meal flowed seamlessly. Their knowledge and passion for the food added another level to the experience, making it not just a meal, but a memorable culinary journey.

Read moreFirst of all I’d like to say that we were really looking forward for our dinner in Ahimè and arrived at the restaurant open minded and curious. We were very pleased by the service, the atmosphere was also very nice. We took the chilled option with 5 courses that the kitchen picks for you. First of all we liked the first dish and thought the evening would go crescendo, unfortunately we were very fast disappointed to get only the vegetarian options from the menus when the chilled choice cost 45 euros and you could assume you would get at least 1 item from the non vegetarian ones standing on the menu. I think that should be something the guests should be informed of (I’m maybe old style). Second, if the menu had been vegetarian but the food exceptional it would have been totally fine, the main problem for us was that, out of 5 dishes 3 were looking exactly the same, covered by a thick white sauce. The second and the last course were basically both the same, one being a like milk rice with mini pastas and the last one milk rice as well but with tapioca. I mean eating 3 dishes out of 5 with a spoon is to my opinion too much. And also being a wine amateur I would have preferred the waiter to suggest me a white wine if he knew everything would be vegetarian and with white sauce. Cause I asked him if we should get white or red to pair with the menu they would pick for us and he said both would go which wasn’t the case. Maybe we were just unlucky with the menu but I have to say we were quiet disappointed from the food considering the price paid. The rest (service and atmosphere) as I said was...
