it's OK to work there, a bit pricey, though I may be out of touch as I am new to the area.
I spent a few hours working here and I could carry my job through OK, although at 4pm it unexpectedly closed. They tend to segregate workers into three dedicated 4-people tables. That's understandable, as it allows them to keep space available for customers with faster turnover but it also meant that with a non-crowded venue I was sharing the table with 3 girls who were preparing exams by talking to each other, and it seemed a bit ridiculous considering there was plenty of space available around.
The 9€ vegan bagel was good, especially the sauce, but the bun was nothing special and it was served with a sub-minimal number of lettuce leaves; the fresh juices very good but pricey at 6€, which seems like a lot for an (albeit large) glass of carrot, orange, ginger; the cinnamon bun below average, not very flavourful or buttery soft; the 5€ "chocolate and mango" cheese cake didn't taste like mango at all.
36€ for 5 hours of work, breakfast and...
Read moreI don’t normally write reviews unless the experience was outstandingly good or terrible. Well, this was easily one of the worst brunch experiences I’ve ever had at a place of business!! I was unpleasantly greeted with a staff member that clearly was too busy to check that there was available seating. Then, after speaking with her colleague behind the counter, she reluctantly sat me at a table in which is took more than 30 minutes to get my order taken. Upon which she argued with me saying that I was told that they were understaffed and the reservation customers had priority even though they were sat after me (which I was never told, of course). The only reason why I didn’t just get up and leave was because I figured it would take even more time to find something to eat before leaving the city. Anyway, I hope this review helps someone on the future to avoid this type of experience. The place has a nice ambience but it was severely disrupted due to my awful...
Read moreGreat place. Went for the first time today, for Brunch. It’s in a great part of town, right across from the Christmas Market (the presepe market). A few great vegan options available including a vegan breakfast bagel, avocado toast, and banana bread. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, kind, and professional. Proper menus are given, rather than QR code nonsense. A very nice experience. A breakfast between 2 of us cost €33. That included the bagel, avocado toast, a golden milk, a cappuccino, and a cafe Americano. So, a little bit expensive, but very good quality, presentation, very clean, good location and great service. Thank you to the staff. We will be...
