Very cozy restaurant, excellent interiors and decor. We started with two premium gin and tonics, one dry and one flavored. I continued with their steamed ravioli, a real specialty. Service made us feel awkward for not speaking fluent Italian, food was good but the quality didn’t measure up to the aesthetic or previous reviews. Sono stata a pranzo con il mio fidanzato e purtroppo è stata una PESSIMA esperienza. Il servizio è stato incredibilmente lento, se non ASSENTE, nonostante il locale non fosse affollato e fosse un giorno infrasettimanale. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte wasabi e zenzero e molti dei piatti ordinati non ci sono mai stati serviti. A peggiorare la situazione, ci siamo accorti che il tavolo accanto stava mangiando il nostro cibo, segno che la gestione dei tavoli era disorganizzata. IN UN RISTORANTE I NUMERI DEI TAVOLI BISOGNA SAPERLI!!!! Dopo aver spiegato alla cameriera che non eravamo riusciti a mangiare quasi nulla, abbiamo tentato di riordinare, ma, dopo fatto l’ordine con i piatti già ordinati in precedenza, ci disse che la cucina chiudeva dopo poco. I piatti ordinabili una sola volta non abbiamo potuto ordinarli nuovamente poiché li avevamo già ordinati… peccato che se li sono mangiati i ragazzi affianco a noi.
