Coccodi Dolce e Salato — Restaurant in Cagliari

Per il secondo giorno di fila mi sono recata in questo locale per una colazione. Ho richiesto i pancake entrambe le mattine. Il primo giorno mi è stato detto che la pasticcera era troppo occupata, e quindi di optare per un altro ordine. Il giorno successivo, speranzosa di poter gustare una buona colazione di pancake con frutta fresca, mi reco di nuovo nel locale. Questa volta mi viene detto di si, era possibile finalmente avere la colazione che desideravo. Purtroppo dopo pochi minuti, torna il cameriere che aveva preso l'ordine, mi viene detto che l'impasto per i pancake era terminato, precisiamo erano le 10:00 di mattina, e questa proposta nel menù viene segnata fino alle 12:45. Dunque, anche questa volta, mi viene chiesto di fare un ordine diverso da quel che chiedo. Ci può stare che in un locale finiscano degli ingredienti o abbiano degli imprevisti, ma almeno per correttezza se non si è certi, bisognerebbe non dare subita una risposta certa, ovvero prima Si è possibile, poi No. Ma va bene... ordino quindi dell'altro e arriva tutto al tavolo. Neanche due minuti dopo, ad un altro tavolo a fianco viene detto che l'impasto per i pancake sarebbe stato preparato a posta per loro, e così viene fatto, non notando che si era sentito tutto quello che succedeva e quindi evidentemente non tutti i clienti vengono trattati, accontentati e serviti allo stesso modo qui. Vedendo questo, comunque successo ad un metro da me e nel giro di due secondi, la colazione che mi era stata portata era ancora intatta, ma a me questa opzione non è stata proposta. Inoltre, per aggiungere la ciliegina sulla torta, altri clienti, poco più lontani di qualche sedia, avevano richiesto i pancake, a cui era stato detto di No, ma poi magicamente, anche loro hanno potuto fare colazione con la richiesta a me stata negata. Per concludere, tra chiacchiere sottovoce tra i dipendenti, piatti nascosti per non essere visti evidentemente, giungo alla conclusione che in questo locale si preferisce accontentare solo alcuni clienti, per cui non ci...

Absolutely incredible customer service besides the excellent and gorgeous carrot cake! Somehow our order for a birthday cake went missing and when we got there to pick up the cake the fridge was empty. We panicked as we were on our way to the party with NO cake. Well, recognizing there had been some mishap in the management of the order, the owner offered to bake the cake right then and there (Sunday at 7pm!!!) and deliver it to our party's address in person. Service is terrible. We wanted to sit and order outside (5-Oct-25). Since there was noone to take our order, we got in and the guy at the bar counter told us we had to sit and wait. After 10 minutes of noone showing up, we came in again and then a lady told us we cannot just sit and that we had to ask someone for a free table (although all the tables were empty and we had already asked that question her colleague - huge red flag in personnel's communication!) to be seated and then wait for them to approach.
