They charge service fee (it's on the menu)... First, we waited for at least 20 minutes to get our drinks (the bar was almost empty). Second... Italians got their drinks first and they got snacks, we didn't (ordered two cocktails). The waitress was nice though. P.S. Your reply is enough... No, Italians next to us didn't ask for snacks, they just got it (they were sitting right next to us - we understand enough Italian, thank you). My complaint about the service fee is that you deserve a proper service if you pay extra for it (as 99% of the island doesn't charge it) - and by that I don't mean waiting for 20 minutes to get a drink, when the bar is empty. Your answer is absolutely ridiculous. Of course I complained, but your personal only had an FUTourist smile for me. In Cagliari I fell in love with Mirto Spritz. But this place is certainly the worst to enjoy it. A few meters away there is Downtown(very good) and White Stone (rather expensive but fantastic) Here at Crudo MirtoSpritz was a bad joke of mainly ice cubes. Best drinks and best bartender in Cagliari!! The quality of the cocktails was incredibly good. They have a big choice of drinks and even can create everything according to your wishes.
