Our experience in this very high rated pizzeria that also serves pasta was VERY BAD! Yesterday we came there exactly when the place opened, after the afternoon break at 18:00. The restaurant has a really nice decor and very welcoming ambient, the female waitress welcomed us and found a nice place for two persons, so far everything looked really promising. After we sat down it was a complete change in the quality of service. She asked us just what we want to eat and drink, without any interes in us as guests, we felt very unwelcome and as if our primary place there is to pay them money! We ordered two pizzas and two glasses of white wine. The mentioned waitress went away after that and came back some 7 minutes later, took an already opened bottle of wine, poured us both a sample and asked is if it is okay. Without mentioning which wine it is, it’s price or freshness as it normally should be in any place that appreciates its own standard of service towards it customers. We tried the wine, it was average but okay and said yes. Based on the taste and smell we presumed that it is some local or house wine, which is standard when you order two simple glasses of white wine. Again she never said a thing or a word about what was given or what ar we drinking. The pizzas were also very average, the middle was nice and juicy. The disappointing fact is that it has very crunchy ciabatta-bread like corners. I guess that’s what they are aiming too and I cannot say the overall taste of the pizza is bad but is very peculiar and certainly not worth the asking price. During our finishing of the pizzas the waitress asked us about three times, while we were still eating. if she can clear the table … she picked it up the moment she thought we finished. Some 5 minutes passed and after that as she was JUST PASSING BY OUR TABLE GOING TO SERVE ANOTHER SHE JUST DROPED BEHIND HER BACK A DESERT LIST AND SAID “PREGO”. It really showed how much respect in general she has for guests! Really low! We ordered a carrot cake which was actually very nice! After the desert I wanted to go to the cashier to pay but I did not know where it was so I was standing alone in the middle of the restaurant for some time, while all the waiters ignored me and gave me weird looks, after that I asked myself where should I go and pay. Also very bad for a professional restaurant. I went to pay and was really shocked. 52€ for two pizzas, two glasses of wine and one carrot cake! The glasses of wine where 7€ each! That was probably the reason our waitress did not say a thing about it! TERRIBLE WOULD NOT RECCOMEND! OVERPRICED, RUDE AND SELF INFLATED! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES IN CAGLIARI TO EAT! PLEASE CHOOSE SOMETHING BETTER AND GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEBODY THAT...

Rang to make reservation and told they were busy and could only accommodate from 7:30 to 9. Okay, we'll take it.
We arrived and asked a waiter serving some of the customers outside where the entrance was. He repeated they were bust but when we told them we had a booking, he was cool with that.
We went in and were seated. The place was.....maybe....half full. Odd, I thought.
Anyway, we were handed our menus and made our choices. No interest shown by the serving staff. Closed our menus and looked at the serving staff. Still, no interest.
I called the guy who had seated us and asked if we could place an order. "Of course, sir, I'll ask my colleagues to see to you immediately". Still, no interest. At this point I was considering leaving because, well, they're so busy, yeah?
Finally, the guy who seated us took our order himself.
Pizzas arrived within 5 mins (too quick for a decent pizza) and it was unremarkable. For example, margherita pizza with no basil?
We ate and didn't bother with dessert. Asked for the bill and was told I'd have to pay at the cash register, even though the couple at the adjacent table had the bill brought to their table.
When I paid, only once I had tapped my card did they print me a copy of the bill.........so I could confirm what I had paid for.
Finally, as we left, the place was less busy than when we arrived.
In short, this place is an object lesson in poor service. If you want a restaurant to appreciate you giving them your money, try anywhere else but...
