I recently had the pleasure of dining at this sushi restaurant, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious – the sushi rolls were fresh and perfectly prepared, and the variety of different options truly impressed me.

The service was also excellent. I would especially like to highlight our waitress, Nargiza, who made our visit special with her friendly and attentive manner. When we asked for recommendations (drinks & dessert), she suggested some, which were incredibly delicious. Her professional and thoughtful service ensured that we felt completely comfortable throughout our meal.

Spettacolare!!! È un Ristorante Giapponese...ma un Vero Ristorante con la R maiuscola....quindi ovviamente non un AYCE, ma alla carta. Qui non trovate solo sushi...ci sono i piatti tipici della cucina Giapponese, quindi anche piatti meno conosciuti della tradizione. Nel menù ho visto che fanno anche il Black Code cotto a bassa temperatura!!! Avrei voluto provarlo ma ero di fretta e il cameriere ci ha spiegato che è un piatto che giustamente richiede tempi più lunghi perciò dovevo essere disposto ad aspettare un po'...questo è segno di serietà e professionalità! Ho preso un Pad Thai...uno dei miei piatti preferiti....era Spaziale!!! Solitamente i simil pad thai che ti propinano negli AYCE, sono la solita pasta cinese con due verdurine e gamberi...questo era fatto a regola d'arte, cioè con gli arachidi, il lime, etc ..come da tradizione Thai...sono queste le cose che mi colpiscono! Anche tutti gli altri piatti erano stupefacenti, come gusto, presentazione, materia prima e anche quantità! Il Tonno Tataki era favoloso!!! Uno dei più buoni mai mangiato, cottura perfetta! Il mio amico Chef che era con me al tavolo, una persona difficile da accontentare, è rimasto anche lui piacevolmente soddisfatto...abbiamo ordinato piatti in stile diverso, non solo sushi, proprio per testare il ristorante con diverse pietanze, quindi anche dei semplici Shao mai al vapore e una tagliata di manzo...per provare anche la carne...la tempura di Seppia con spolverata di polvere di cocco e maionese speziata era favolosa!!! Toyo non ci ha deluso. Abbiamo bevuto acqua, sakè e grappa di bambù...tutto molto buono...personale qualificato, gentile e preciso, location molto bella e chic ma per clienti di tutti i tipi. Prezzo finale 60€ circa in totale per due persone. Un plauso allo chef, deve essere davvero davvero bravo e preparato per fare delle robe così! Devo assolutamente tornarci con la mia compagna e provare il Black Code. We arrive when the restaurant opened and there was the staff smoking at one of the tables. We were put at the same table and there were a lot of rests of the cigarettes nearby. We had the Family Boat and we thought that it will be too much for 2 people, but we left the restaurant kinda hungry, we had to counter the “boat” very veery hard to reach 38 pieces written in the menu (this includes a lot of salmon, tuna and other raw fish pieces, not sushi like). The sushi pieces were also small, some of them were tasty but overall most of them had almost no taste. No ginger or wasabi offered to sushi which is a first for me. Overall...
