UPDATE WITH THE RIGHT SIDE: shortly: OWNER lied about us not wanting to pay the bill, he called the police because of the review and one of the employee charged one of us (have video proof), totally unacceptable and aggressive behaviour with the clients group of 9 one of the guys had a terrible steak (told at start to be well-done, came medium-rare), couldn’t be eaten (just took a bite) and requested it to be taken off the bill or at least given a reduction as it was 28 euros (he told them to try to cook it 2 more times, so he didn’t just say no to the food) most of the other food was mediocre, but did not request anything else bill related we requested the bill and it came at the table with the reduction very shortly after that all the employees and the owner came out very intimidating looking at us, horrible, they thought we are not going to pay, although we were calculating the split between us and some of us already put the money down on the table in this time, I left a review saying that the experience and the food were not good very shortly after that, the owner started to yell at us that he is calling the police because of the review, he became very very aggressive with us how can you threaten the clients with the police for a review? we said go and call the police one of the girls in our group started to film from the street (public space) the employees and the owner and shortly after that, one of the employees literally charged her, touched her and tried to steal the phone we have the proof then we tried to keep the things calm, our girl started panicking and crying the police came and sided with what we said OWNER tried to throw the blame on us, LIED about us not wanting to pay and is AGRESSIVE.

Experience: Extremely Disappointing

Our visit to this restaurant was the worst dining experience we have ever had. We were a group of nine, and only one of us could manage to eat their meal. I ordered the seafood carbonara, and the smell literally hit me. I am not a picky person at all, but this was the first time I couldn't take more than one bite of a dish.

Update: Post-Visit Incident I am compelled to update this review a few hours later, following an alarming incident where the owner called the POLICE because we refused to delete our HONEST and REAL reviews. One member of our party declined to pay for their steak, as it was raw, lacked any seasoning, and was simply inedible. We initially approached the situation calmly and tried to discuss it with the owner and he said its ok to not pay it. Later on, the owner (once he saw the review that we left) suddenly began shouting, demanding payment for the steak and threatening to call the police if we dont remove the reviews. When one of our group members started recording the incident, another staff member aggressively confronted her, yelling that filming was not allowed and insulting her in Italian. This experience not only ruined our evening but also ruined our vacation. All of this arose simply because we posted truthful reviews of our experience. In summary, our time at this restaurant was marred by poor food quality and unprofessional conduct by the staff and owner. I cannot recommend this place to absolutely anyone!!!

Furthermore, a few hours later, one of our group members felt sick after eating the food.

We had a deeply disappointing experience. I believe it is important to share my perspective to inform others about what happened. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!

During our visit, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our dining experience and the whole trip to this country where we will not come back any soon!!! The owner, unfortunately, responded to our REAL complaints by accusing us of fabricating our concerns. This dismissive attitude was not only unprofessional but also frustrating, as we were genuinely trying to communicate the problems we faced. He keeps replying to our reviews saying that we are inventing everything because we did not want to pay, but trust me its not true, we can easily afford it and even more than the owner can imagine :)))

Additionally, there was a disruptive incident involving the owner's daughter. She was loudly arguing and insulting us, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present. Her behavior was highly inappropriate and drew unwanted attention from other people. He called the police and yes, WE WERE right! :)

I also noticed that the owner's wife, who claimed for some reason to be a Bulgarian citizen, was unable to communicate in Bulgarian (I am half bulgarian so it would have been easily to communicate).This seemed odd and added to the overall sense of inconsistency and lack of professionalism in the establishment. None of them can speak a basic english, thats so shameful for such a turistic country!

I have never met such a rasist people in my life!

Horrible food, horrible PASTA (shame on you italiano “vero”), horrible people, horrible atmosphere!
