OSTERIA 74 chi.non.sa — Restaurant in Cagliari

In our first night arriving at the island, we had dinner at Chi non sa as it had good reviews and it was close to where we were staying. I was amazed by the food! The fish menu is sensational, and we had antipasto, primi, secondi and a great white wine too. The waiter was very friendly, telling us stories about Sardinia, our languages etc. The proportion food, quality, amount and price is unbelievably good. After one week travelling through the island and eating in different places, we could only think about this restaurant and we made sure to have dinner there again before taking the flight back home. Again, it was incredible! I highly recommend the linguine con cozze, but all the dishes were excellent. Thanks a lot to chef Maurizzio for taking care of us so well! I highly recommend this place. Ho avuto il piacere di provare Osteria 74 in diverse occasioni, vivendo in zona. Sin dal primo momento, sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dall’ambiente accogliente, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è la straordinaria cordialità dello staff e in particolare del titolare, Maurizio. Ho avuto modo di assaggiare un po’ di tutto: dalle fragranti paste per la colazione, al menù del pranzo, fino alle sfiziose pinse. Ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti di qualità ottima e le porzioni sono super abbondanti. È evidente quanta passione e amore il signor Maurizio metta in ciò che fa: lo si percepisce in ogni singolo piatto, ma anche nel calore con cui accoglie i clienti. Versteckt an einer Ecke habe ich ein Restaurant mit einer feinen Küche und anständigen Preisen gefunden. Der Küchenchef spricht auch deutsch, weil er schon mal Küchenchef im Restaurant des Golfclubs in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Was soll ich sagen? Die Küche hat geschmeckt! Die Produkte, die er mir vor dem Kochen gezeigt hatte, waren sehr frisch, vor allem die Schalentiere und der Fisch. Sie haben noch nach Meer geduftet... Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber für mich, was wirklich zählt, ist die Qualität der Speisen und eine freundliche Bedienung. Beide waren sehr gut. Übrigens , wir waren zu viert und waren von der günstigen Rechnung überrascht. Er hatte sich nicht vertan! Die Preise sind wirklich so günstig. Ich hoffe, dass es so bleibt!...
