Abbiamo provato il locale più volte (anche a un cenone di Capodanno). Locale intimo e accogliente. Cibo sempre di alta qualità con i menù che variano seguendo stagionalità e reperibilità delle materie prime del periodo. Tecniche di preparazione di alto livello. Il prezzo è corretto per la qualità e la ricercatezza delle proposte. In una cultura enogastronomica di zona dove "quantità" è scambiata per "si mangia bene" e il prezzo "anni 80" è valutato come "si paga il giusto" risulta coraggiosa la scelta dello chef nel cercare di proporre qualcosa di diverso e di qualità nettamente superiore.
