Taccas — Restaurant in Cagliari

This was the worst eating experience for us here in Cagliari. We wanted to have a glutenfree lunch here, but it was really dissapointing. In a photo on the menu were pictures of big filled charcuterie boards, but when our food arrived it looked nothing like it. We were surrounded by i think 10 disgusting pigeons and 5 wasps. There were loads of empty spots on the charcuterie board. We got served with dry bread with raw carrots on top. The lettuce was dried out and had sand on it. Cheese was tasteless and the grilled zucchini was cold and sour. We barely ate anything of it because it tasted like nothing. We asked the staff if we at least could pay less, because we barely ate anything and the food did not live up to the pictures on the menu. With that we were surrounded by loads of pigeons and wasps which the staff would try to get away in an agressive way. Staff said it was not possible and they could only remake food which we did not want because of the taste. After a while there was said she could take 1 euro off. When we payed the bill we payed 3 euros service costs. We said we atleast want 3 euros back, because service and food was horrible!!! Even that was not possible. When we came back again (because we looked up other review pictures, which looked nothing like ours) we got 10 euros back what...

Terrible experience, never again

The food was absolutely awful – pizza was raw, tasted powdery and soo salty. Lasagne was made of one layer of dough mixed with basils and they call it a vegetarian lasagna. I requested Parmigiano cheese to add some taste and the chef refused!!! The other thing we ordered was Anche, which is simply burnt toast with cheese and tomato on top... Terrible!

When requested a takeaway tiramisu, the server flatly refused to wrap it. Ridiculous! I then went to their other branch across the road, where they were at least willing to help—but their payment system was down, so after all that hassle I left with nothing.

Even though the service fee was charged, the service was just as bad. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone. When we tried to complain, we got nothing but attitude.

For the prices they charge, this place is a complete joke. We walked out hungry, frustrated, and wishing we’d gone anywhere else. Save yourself the money and avoid this place...

Ieri sera a passeggio nella serata della Befana con tanti negozi aperti, distrattamente arriva ora di cena ma si è lontani da casa, quindi si decide un apericena da Taccas. Avevo già sentito parlare di questo posticino da degli amici che me ne avevano parlato bene, quindi si decide di provare, posticino al centro di Cagliari, zona pedonale, poco distante dal Largo Carlo Felice. All'ingresso veniamo accolti dal personale, gentile, al quale diciamo che siamo in tre, entra a verificare la disponibilità di tavolo e ci fa accomodare all'interno assegnandoci il tavolo. Il locale ha tavolini all'esterno con le stufe a gas e due sale all'interno, la prima appena si entra e la seconda al lato, divise tra loro, ma comunicanti con un varco nel muro. Ci accomodiamo e poco dopo arriva un altro cameriere per l'ordine, attesa molto limitata anche se c'era un bel po di gente, ordiniamo guttiau e olive, un tagliere terra e uno mare per due, uno spritz classico, uno spritz al mirto e una 0,40 bionda, l'ordine guidato da chi era già stato li, ed era con noi, e ne conosceva le porzioni. Immediatamente dopo arriva il guttiau e le olive, per smorzare l'attesa, ma dopo nemmeno 25 minuti arrivano i taglieri, a colpo d'occhio niente male, il terra con affettati misti, formaggio e miele, mentre il mare è una frittura mista, molto leggera e, con non poca sorpresa, vi erano dellenpatatine fritte che non sapevano di pesce. Tutto veramente ottimo, sia il mangiare, che il bere. Relativamente al locale molto particolare, a noi e sembrata la cucina di nonna, con le sedie di nonna, e perciò ci siamo sentiti a casa, sebbene fossimo nella saletta ove è presente la cucina, nessun odore di frittura. Due note ai proprietari e al personale, una positiva e una negativa, ma non è successo a noi, ma ai vicini di tavolo e abbiamo potuto sentire e mi sento di condividere il loro pensiero. Quella positiva è sui prodotti, sulla preparazione della roba da bere, tutto veramente ottimo; la negativa è che si dovrebbe curare maggiormente l'attribuzione dei tavoli, infatti affianco al nostro vi erano 4 persone, che inizialmente abbiamo pensato fossero insieme, mentre poi a biamo scoperto che erano due differenti coppie, infatti due di loro poco dopo sono andate via e chi è rimasto se ne è lamentato, perché erano vicini vicini. Quindi pensate che magari una coppia che decide di andare da voi non dico che voglia intimità, per quella potrebbe rimanere a casa, ma nemmeno condividere lo stesso spazio con altri, anche in considerazione del fatto che lo spazio a disposizione, altri tavoli c'erano ed erano liberi.
