Lavoro qui come sous chef per un mese. È davvero disgustoso il modo in cui producono le loro torte e altri ingredienti. Il Napolitano è fatto con torte scadute per essere buttato via. Non c'è igiene, non mantengono nemmeno record di haccp. Lo scrapper utilizzato per pulire vassoi o pavimenti viene utilizzato dallo staff della cucina per trasferire i cibi caldi ai vassoi di metallo. Ho video e foto. Anche l'impasto non è pulito. Lo usano quotidianamente senza pulizia. Molte volte il cibo che cadeva sul pavimento si limitava a raccogliere i vassoi per i clienti. Ho lasciato il lavoro per me, non è un buon posto, né da mangiare né da lavorare. Cucinano senza disinfettare le mani. Quando ho detto allo chef perché usa torte scadute, croissant, ecc. Ho partecipato ad un evento in collaborazione con “pistacchissimo” proprio questa sera, giorno 07/06/2025. NONOSTANTE la prenotazione fatta due giorni prima per le ore 20:30, siamo rimasti in piedi in attesa per DUE ORE E MEZZA, attesa che si è prolungata per altrettanti 30 minuti una volta seduti per poter mangiare qualcosa. La cosa che ci ha fatto capire la PESSIMA qualità del servizio è stata la terribile gestione di quest’evento all-you-can-eat di granite e brioche. La nostra prenotazione NON è servita a nulla in quanto una volta seduti al tavolo ci è stato comunicato che non avremmo potuto usufruire del servizio che comunque avremmo profumatamente pagato (€10,00 cad.): le brioche che dovevano essere “illimitate” sono state mal distribuite ai precedenti clienti che hanno ricevuto il servizio promesso a differenza nostra. La cosa più assurda è che abbiamo pagato a prezzo pieno un servizio a METÀ e una parte del personale ha dato dei “MORTI DI FAME” alla gente che si è giustamente lamentata del pessimo servizio e del prezzo inadeguato. Infine aggiungo che personalmente a causa di quanto detto sin’ora non ho potuto neanche mangiare ciò che era stato promesso e pubblicizzato.
