*When you respond to your customers' comments in such an inappropriate way, twisting all the facts, it only shows your true true face. You generally do not know how to perceive critics and the real opinions of clients who have visited your place. The food was really tasty, but anyone will agree that when, after finishing your dish, you find a hair in the plate, it spoils the whole impression! I suggest you think about your attitude and your service first. If you want to receive good reviews, everything depends on you, learn to accept critics and admit your own mistakes because this is unacceptable! I never mentioned that we stayed in the restaurant for 3 hours, I never said that the plate was full of hair, I said that a hair was found in the plate. The restaurant was not fully loaded, there were many free tables and all the waiters were very relaxed and were in no hurry and we had to call them 3 times to come to us, they simply ignored us. Even if it were very busy, this is not our problem, but your job - which you are not doing! With your behavior you show your true face and scare away future clients, so use your head and apologize for your terrible service! You behave very unprofessionally, like in kindergarten. If anyone wants to experience bad service, this is the right place! xxx The service in this restaurant was simply terrible and unacceptable. We waited more than 40 minutes that they just take our order. All this time they were just ignoring us and it was not busy at all! They brought us beer only after an hour of waiting!!! It takes no more than a few minutes to pour it into a glass! For food we waited for 1h 15min! Horrible and unacceptable service in such a popular and overrated place! But the most disgusting thing is the hair in the pasta and the floating dirt...

My companion and I booked a table for dinner as it was a special night out. The sharing platter for two was delicious and plentiful. We waited for over an hour for the main course and it only arrived after we prompted the server - who explained that they were short-staffed. My seafood dish was cold. I was told that it could be re-heated which I obviously refused. I was not offered an alternative so I ended up without a main meal. When the bill was presented the manager insisted that we pay for my cold, uneaten seafood dish. After a lot of arguing we did not pay for it. Very disappointed, a very long wait with no meal at the end. It was not a special night, I went back to my apartment feeling hungry and very disappointed. I would not go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

Can I be clear that the meal was not consumed - what was consumed was the first taste which told me that the meal was not fit to eat. That was hardly surprising given that the meal had evidently been prepared and waiting for nearly an hour before we saw it. The upshot of all this was that my companion and I were prevented from having our meal together: for that reason, although I consider the eventual settlement fair in so far as I did not pay for one failed dish, my honest view is that I would have been perfectly entitled to refuse to pay anything at all since our evening was ruined by carelessness in...

We were the second people seated after 7 PM. All of a sudden, the restaurant was full, but we were the last to be helped. We even had our menus closed and on the side of the table. I swear, they were ignoring us! After 25ish minutes, I grabbed a waitress coming by and asked her why we were forgotten (she didn't know my name 😉), and she apologized and took our drink order. We waited a while longer, and my wife had to get another waitress to take our food order. I told my wife that we should probably get everything together because there was a run on the orders. We decided to let the salads come first. Huge mistake. My wife also asked for another glass of wine...twice...because they never brought it for around 30 minutes. It is now 9:10 and we just finished our meal. This place is busy, the food is okay, but they need to learn to manage their clients. They sat us off to the side, and that may have been the problem...or worse. Anyways, if you come here, it will more than likely take a while. The atmosphere is great but...
