Awful service, awful food. I have never been so upset by a meal before.They didn’t give us water, napkins, spoons, sauce or anything! They refused to give us WiFi as well. They said they need it for the register. Absolutely cheap. They plate everything beautifully but the taste and texture is lacking. Just want to note that the owner scammed us. We asked if we ordered correctly for the all you can eat but was charged for EVERY PLATE. She charged us over 100 euros. The bottle of wine we ordered was cheap and tasted like water. The sashimi salads we ordered was laughable. They gave us gigantic bowls of lettuce with two piece paper sashimi. The spring rolls were definitely frozen and then fried. The miso soup was watered down. The dim sum were all absolutely trash. It was dry and NO FLAVOR. The fish on the nigiri were also dry and didn’t look fresh at all. The vegetarian sushi that I got was literally just lettuce, avocado and seaweed salad. I don’t know who is rating this place well but coming from a family of restaurant owners, I can’t even comprehend how these people are in business. For the owners being Asian and not knowing how to cook Asian food properly, what a joke and a disgrace. if you are looking for a nice place for a younger crowd, this is your place. The majority of the people there were 20 something. The place was packed within an hour of opening. The decor is really nice. The place is very clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for mostly shrimp, some tuna and lots of salmon, this is also your place to go. I would say it is a very good place to go if you have never tried sushi before and want to dip your toes into the water. Very simple and easy sushi.

If you are looking for something more traditional this is not the place for you. You are not going to find yellow fin or any exotic sushi/sashimi in this place. But again the place is really nice and central to the city, just not a wide variety of sushi beyond the above mentioned. Sorry for not including a photo. Si fa un po’ fatica ad entrare nel locale a causa dei gazebo posizionati ad un’altezza (o bassezza!) discutibile. L’interno è molto carino, presenta delle tipiche caratteristiche orientali. Sushi nella media. Non si pretende la qualità di un menù alla carta ma ci si aspetta una qualità superiore rispetto ad altri AYCE dato la fascia di prezzo medio-alta. Vasta scelta di portate presentate in modo molto gradevole. Mis en place ben curata. La caratteristica meno piacevole di tutto il contesto è il personale che, oltre a non parlare per niente italiano e a non sforzarsi ne di comprendere ne di comunicare in inglese, ti tratta con superficialità. A fine cena, dopo aver saldato il conto (senza scartare i famosi biscotti della fortuna poiché sprovvisti), il proprietario contesta il fatto che su sei persone sedute a mio tavolo, due non hanno cenato (lo avevamo già detto invitando a togliere anche il coperto che avremmo comunque pagato) ma che una di loro si è “permessa” di assaggiare due edamame!!! Stiamo parlando di due fagioli e non di involtini o chissà cosa. Due fagioli. Si permette di insinuare che i suoi colleghi (già andati via, quindi nessun confronto) gli hanno riferito che questi amici avevano assaggiato delle portate. Fatto assolutamente non vero dato che entrambi allergici a degli alimenti e quindi oggettivamente impossibilitati a compiere tale azione. Ebbene esperienza spiacevole, non è un posto che consiglierei e nel quale faremo ritorno.

Rispondo: L’età media del nostro tavolo era di 35 anni. Tutte persone adulte, mature e con una proficua stabilità lavorativa. A nessuno di noi occorre mangiare di nascosto come VOI state supponendo. Il locale aveva solamente quattro tavoli occupati, due dei quali si sono liberati poco dopo il nostro arrivo. Avreste potuto, qualora fosse stato veritiero, far notare il fatto nell’immediato e, vi garantisco, che la brutta figura non sarebbe stata nostra. Al cameriere abbiamo più volte chiesto se avessero chele di granchio e tofu. Non ha saputo rispondere. Nessuno sta mettendo in dubbio il vostro duro lavoro bensì si sta opinando sull’efficienza di questo lavoro. È differente. Detto ciò chiudo quella che è stata una spiacevole...
