I recently had the pleasure of visiting Insigne Cafe, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This charming cafe is a true gem, offering some of the best ice cream and cakes I have ever tasted.

The ice cream at Insigne Cafe is simply divine. Each flavor is rich, creamy, and bursting with authentic taste. Whether you’re in the mood for classic vanilla or something more adventurous, their selection will not disappoint. The quality of their ingredients is evident in every scoop.

In addition to the fantastic treats, the service at Insigne Cafe is exceptional. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels welcome and satisfied.

Overall, Insigne Cafe is a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. The combination of amazing ice cream, delectable cakes, and top-notch service makes it a standout destination. I can’t recommend it...

STAFF SUPER RUDE-we left. When we first got there we were super excited about the variety of cakes that they offer. They do not have a menu so I went inside to order. At the cashier I found a menu for drinks. The guy there was super impatient even though I was the only customer and did not let me finish looking at the menu. He then asked another guy to speak to me as he was able to speak English. He might be the boss. All I wanted wad Aperol Spritz but he told me that it costs 12000 euros if I wanted to eat it with cake and was even telling me that I cannot have it even if I only wanted Aperol. I decided to leave as also his tone made me super uncomfortable. It was the best decision we went to Vermut which is a super popular drink where...

We passed by this cafeteria because of the gelato stand. When we walked in, we were welcomed with English and big smiles.

It's a pity we went there with full belly, no chance to taste other pastries or salads.

The gelato we ordered was perfect, we are so satisfied with the smooth tastes. I had strawberry and from the color and texture, I know it's from strawberry, instead of other chemical compounds. As for chocolate, I will definitely order that once again if I visit this cafe.

Seems like it's a new branch from the cafe with the same name in town, hope I will have the same service and quality of desserts next...

I had a wonderful experience here when I was deciding which ice cream I should try. The staff was very helpful and gave me few little samples. The first one was Insigne which is their custom mixture of a few flavours - chocolate, pistacia, white chocolate and almonds. It was perfect, so I order it immediately. The other two flavours my husband ordered were Cannolo (riccota and cannoli crumbles) and Pistacchio. If you love pistacia you have to try Pistacchio ice cream, this one was the best I ever tried.

I would like to order a drink Crodino and get it with strange glass (someone near me had same one with nice drink glass with some snacks, but there were Italians and unfortunately I’m not). Manager can’t explain why some listed orders on the bill have different price than that showed on menu inside (say something about service costs, but on the bill I can’t see any coperto). Don’t recommend this place for tourists.

È mancata completamente la cortesia di base e il rispetto verso il cliente. Il servizio era freddo e l’atmosfera generale ci ha spinti ad andare via il prima possibile. In Italia ci sono tanti posti dove si può gustare un buon caffè e sentirsi i benvenuti. Purtroppo, questo non è uno di quelli. Non lo consigliamo e non torneremo. Niestety, nasza wizyta w tym lokalu była rozczarowująca. Zamówiliśmy kawę, ale otrzymaliśmy zupełnie inną niż ta, o którą prosiliśmy. Gdy zwróciliśmy na to uwagę, kelner zareagował w sposób bardzo nieprzyjemny – był niemiły, opryskliwy i sprawiał wrażenie, jakby nasza obecność mu przeszkadzała. Zabrakło podstawowej uprzejmości i szacunku do gościa. Obsługa była chłodna, bez uśmiechu, a cała atmosfera sprawiła, że szybko chcieliśmy wyjść. We Włoszech jest wiele miejsc, gdzie można wypić dobrą kawę i poczuć się mile widzianym. Niestety, to nie jest jedno z nich. Nie polecamy i na pewno nie wrócimy.
