Wonderful Pizza, good Aperol Spritz, friendly staff. Ambiente is ok, outside you will sit next to a street and breath a lot of exhaust fumes and traffic is really loud. Inside is better but AC is really cold and you will sit between stacked furniture that is not in use. Nevertheless the great Pizza makes up for it. We had Pizza with pistachio cream and chopped pistachio, cherry tomatoes, speck and Burrata. Very good! Just be carefull with some drinks: Aperol spritz price is not in the menue and I ordered one without asking (that is my own fault) and it was 9€ which is a very high price in european standard and especially in Sicily. Next door Spritz is 3€. So just ask the price in advance and you will be fine. Still would definitely recommend this place and would also come back...

Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per le 21:30 alla pizzeria 7+, ma una volta arrivati ci è stato detto di aspettare perché il tavolo non era ancora pronto. Eravamo un gruppo di 17 persone e abbiamo accettato senza problemi. Dopo cinque minuti abbiamo chiesto informazioni e ci è stato detto nuovamente che il tavolo non era pronto. Questo si è ripetuto fino alle 22:30, quando ancora non avevano preparato il tavolo.

A cosa serve prenotare se poi non ti garantiscono un posto a sedere? A un certo punto ci hanno fatto entrare, ma ci hanno fatto aspettare accanto ai bagni perché il tavolo non era ancora pronto, e giustamente davamo fastidio ai camerieri. Ma allora perché ci hanno fatto entrare???

Alla fine, affamati, stanchi di aspettare e decisamente frustrati, siamo andati nella pizzeria accanto, dove siamo stati trattati con professionalità e serviti rapidamente.

Il mio consiglio alla proprietà: smettete di fare overbooking e concentratevi sulla soddisfazione del cliente, piuttosto che sul riempire il locale a tutti i costi. Se non siete in grado di accogliere chi ha scelto di trascorrere una serata e spendere i propri soldi nel vostro ristorante, state sbagliando tutto.

We booked a table for 9:30 PM at the pizzeria 7+, but upon arrival, we were told to wait because the table wasn’t ready. We were a group of 17 and accepted this without any issues. After five minutes, we asked for an update and were told once again that the table wasn’t ready. This continued until 10:30 PM, and the table was still not ready.

What’s the point of making a reservation if they can’t guarantee you a seat? At some point, they let us in, but they made us wait next to the bathrooms because the table was still not ready, and we were understandably in the way of the waitstaff. So why did they let us in in the first place???

In the end, tired, starving, and fed up with waiting, we went to the pizzeria next door, where we were treated professionally and served promptly.

My advice to the management: stop overbooking and focus on customer satisfaction rather than on cramming people in for profit. If you can’t accommodate the clients who have chosen to spend their evening and their money at your restaurant, you’re...

Pizza was excellent but the service was the worst we had in 6 days we spent in Sicily. They put us in a table next to air-conditioning. At first we thought they put us there because we were two persons but when locals came they were sat in better and bigger tables even if they were two. The menu was only in italian and only one person was speaking English. We called a waitress to get us a pizza cutter and because she wasn't speaking english she ignored us and didn't answer.
