Te place was totally crowded full of people even though we have a reservation we have to wait the waitress took his time to take care of us. We have to call it every time we need something it’s a pity, but they only have to waitress so the waitress they are doing a great job dealing with all these people. The ones that they are not doing a good job or the owners or the administrators cause it’s impossible. Have only two persons weekend at night taking care of so many tables so the service and it up being worst I ever had in Catania in a restaurant. They took a long time to give us our menu. Just read it then we have issues to pay and again the waitress were nice they were very friendly. They were very helpful, but they are for hunt of two people’s taking care of more than 14 tables that is crazy. I highly recommend it to the owner or the administration hire more waitress because my guess is that you’ll start to lose all the clients or maybe Italiam they just don’t care about the service, so I am totally not recommended to go to this place but the dessert was amazing and the pizza was good for me. The food was good, but the service was disorganised. They forgot about our drinks and only brought them after we were almost done with our food. Then the waitress spilled Fanta over me (ok, it happens) and didn't clean up and left me with a big fanta-puddle on the table to wipe away on my own (with my napkin and tissues I had brought, she didn't bring something to wipe it off with).

Location accettabile, servizio buono, pizza discreta, dolci buoni. Organizzazione inqualificabile. Dopo avere la titolare del locale accettato, anche se con una settimana di anticipo una prenotazione per 20 persone per il sabato sera alle 20:30, cosa questa invero molto difficile a Catania, siamo in 19 arrivati puntuali, eravamo i primi avventori, immediatamente veniva presa la comanda, altrimenti, ci viene detto, saremmo potuti essere preceduti da altri tavoli composti da più di 20 persone. Ordiniamo antipasto, pizza e dolce. Immediatamente ci viene servito l' antipasto, contemporaneamente inizia nel locale un carosello di aggiunta e spostamento di tavoli e sedie, con un continuo disturbo dei commensali. Non abbiamo finito di consumare gli antipasti che subito ci vengono servite le pizze, continua nel frattempo il carosello di tavoli e sedie, con ancora pizze da consumare, ci viene servito il dolce, il locale nel frattempo si riempie più di un bus nell'ora di punta con un baccano infernale. Appena l'ultimo commensale ha frettolosamente finito il dolce, nel frattempo i camerieri avevano levato tutto, compreso acqua e bicchieri, ci viene presentato, senza neanche averlo chiesto, il conto in linea con il costo di una ottima e ben organizzata pizzeria. Alle 22:00, dopo appena 90 minuti dopo esserci seduti, appena alcuni di noi si sono alzati per andare a fumare una sigaretta, i camerieri, gentilmente, hanno chiesto se potevano prendere le sedie. A questo punto nel caos totale, con la titolare che urlava con i camerieri, ci siamo alzati e abbandonata la mensa universitaria..., scusate pizzeria.
