Was there in June with a group and unlike every other place in Courmayeur this was awful. Maybe just an off night, I have no idea, but the starter course was what seemed like a small piece of cornbread and a slide of butter. The main course was veal, which was very dry (I had to send mine back). Chapeau – Courmayeur

Un ristorante nuovissimo e davvero bellissimo, con la possibilità di accomodarsi anche all’aperto per un aperitivo in un’atmosfera rilassata e curata. Aperto già dalle 8:00 del mattino per la colazione, Chapeau si distingue come un locale di alto livello.

In cucina c’è lo chef Salvatore, davvero molto bravo: piatti ricercati, ben presentati e dai sapori decisi ma equilibrati. L’accoglienza è nelle mani di Edoardo, professionale e preparatissimo, soprattutto nella selezione dei vini – è infatti un sommelier esperto che sa consigliare con competenza sia etichette italiane che internazionali.
