We stumbled upon this gem wandering around Florence, and the granita and gelato so out-of-this-world that we squeezed a lunch visit in our last day in town to check out more entries. This second time we ordered arancini in addition to the granita and they were excellent as well. We'll definitely come back in our next trip to Florence.
Our favorite flavor of granita here gelso (mulberry), which was über-fruity, with delectable little chunks of fruits mixed well with ice, redolent of the subtle fragrance if the actual mulberry. The two girls there were extremely friendly and helpful during the busy lunch rush in our last visit.

The pistachio and mandarin orange flavors didn't go so well together, but those were the flavors that I wanted the most.
