Arnold's — Restaurant in Florence

Owner tried to protect or defend Italian culture but he didn’t even try to present himself as a true Italian like every single one here I met in Florence, if you want to spend your money on being educated and be told what to do in a place you are supposed to get some rest and have delicious food, I would highly recommend you to go. Pretty disappointing experience. The food looks far better online than in reality. I paid €8 for what was essentially plain white sliced bread with no sauces — no effort or care put in at all. The whole ordering system was confusing and frustrating. I wasted 10 minutes trying to use their platform, only to give up and order from the chalkboard instead. The most delicious food in Florence. Coming from Atlanta Georgia USA, we needed something tasty that reminded us of home. The food is freshly prepared right before you and the add-one were just perfect. Sautéed peppers/onions, spicy eggplant…. Delicious sauces and reasonable pricing.
