Truly Awful Florentine Burger King Experience My recent visit to the Burger King in central Florence was deeply disappointing. While the Indian gentleman preparing orders was kind, the rest of the experience was terrible.

🐌🐌🐌The kitchen service was exceptionally slow, even with few customers. 🐌🐌🐌The two female staff👩🏼👩🏼 seemed to take all the time in the world, and the food quality was subpar, well below Burger King's usual standard.🐌🐌🐌

🔴🔴Adding to the discomfort, the cashier was incredibly creepy, openly staring at my wife's body. 🔴🔴 And to top it off, after a minor disagreement my wife and I had, the two kitchen staff members were clearly laughing at us. 🔴🔴

We felt completely targeted and very uncomfortable. We chose Burger King hoping for the consistent quality and speed we find at McDonald's, but this location was a massive letdown.

The slow service, poor food, and deeply unsettling atmosphere made it an awful experience. It's no wonder this...

I don't like fast food. Ever. So I will never rave. But I was forced (daughter), so ..... The food was ok, not amazing, not awful. Like all fast food places the bread is packed with sugar, tastes incredibly sweet which is just strange, so I left it. The staff were polite but it still bugs me seeing someone who made my food outside on the pavement in front smoking 30 seconds after serving me ....

The thing that drove me nuts and made me leave before finishing was the person sweeping the floor who dragged every single metal chair across the tiles floor creating the most ear-splitting noise. I should introduce Burger King to tennis balls or silicon caps on chair legs .
