As much as we love our pizzas & pastas, the Asian in us just needed something that wasn’t pizzas & pastas for the night and we stumbled upon Pokè Flash across from Santa Maria Novella train station.

There was an option to make your own bowl with a wide selection of ingredients and salsa (sauces) to choose from or to choose an already curated bowl, we decided to go with the latter and we ordered the Large Classic bowl for 13.90€. Note: the Regular bowl was 12.90€.
