Crispy Chicken by Alnoor — Restaurant in Florence

'When in Florence eat Italian' didn't work for me. If you're bored with Italian cuisine and wanna try something different Alnoor could be a choice. Especially, for my 'Desi' (Indian-Pakistani) pals trust me or not this is a lifesaver, (and a money saver option too). The location is damn easy - it is just a stone's throw away distance from Novella cathedral or the station. Plenty of fusion foods are available, take the dishes alone or combos whatever your taste buds prefer. My recommendation is to go with Tikka wrap or naan grilled Tikka. Or you can ask the guy at the counter, he certainly recommends s'thing in case they have updated or introduced new recipes. Takeaway worked for me, coz you might like the grilled meats but certainly don't want to get grilled right😜? Yepp the place is small and not ventilated Well. I ordered the Chicken Mix Menu, but was only served chicken wings.And even then, there were two wings missing from the order. When I went there, there was not much people. Apparently they were not that busy. This blatant disregard for fulfilling a customer's order and deception is unacceptable.

Moreover, the quality of the chicken wings was terrible. They were poorly cooked and lacked flavor. Much lower than average.

To add insult to injury, the after-effects of dining was even worse. Both my companions and I felt unwell after eating, experiencing discomfort and symptoms of food poisoning, including diarrhea. There is a serious lapse in food safety and hygiene standards, which is extremely unacceptable and made me so angry.

Perhaps it was because we are tourists so they did so? Anyway, I hope potential customers, particularly tourists, to stay away from...

I am far too lazy...HOWEVER this is my first one and the same way I missed a savory home-cooked meal from my mother in new york city, I relived in a random alley I found. I am so excited to put yall on! This place is amazing and the head chef even delivered the food to our hotel late at night when everything was closed.
