L’Incontro Cafè — Restaurant in Florence

Delicious!! Best cappuccino I have ever had, and great toasted sandwich in the cafe. If you sit down in the back garden, you get a different menu, so if you want coffee/sandwiches/dessert, you have to sit in the front.

I had a ham, tomato, cheese sandwich and it was phenomenal. They toast it perfectly so the bread is warm and crispy on the outside but the inside is cool.

The cappuccino was so good that when my friend and I tasted it, we immediately looked at each other and were like "it's gooooood". I ordered an espresso right after 😝

This pasticceria is a gem!! Everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious — from the flaky pastries to the perfectly brewed coffee. They also serve fresh-squeezed orange juice, which was such a refreshing touch. The shop is spotless, bright, and welcoming, and the staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. I had a very disappointing experience at this café in Florence. After leaving the train station, I stopped by to have a coffee and use the restroom. Unfortunately, the staff behaved in an extremely rude and discriminatory way. They closed the restroom under the excuse of “cleaning” just to prevent us from using it.
