We had a fantastic time at this pizza cooking class! David was a wonderful host—patient, knowledgeable, and took his time to show each of us how to make the dough and cook our pizzas properly. The oven they use is impressive, reaching around 1000°F, which bakes the pizzas in just 2–3 minutes! If I had one small suggestion, it would be to offer a few different sauce options and maybe a wider variety of toppings, as we’re used to something a bit different. That said, the overall experience was excellent, and the gelato at the end was absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommended!

We came for the pizza and gelato making class and it was a 10/10. Our chef was very knowledgeable and helped us prepare our pizzas. Complementary wine, juice, and water. He let us make the chocolate gelato and it was delicious. The pizza making was super fun and he taught us how to make it at home. The pizza and pizza crust were excellent but make sure to add some salt so your pizza isn’t bland. (The sauce is mild and doesn’t have salt).

We booked a Pasta & Tiramisu cooking class on Expedia.ca, and this was the location for it. Our Chef and teacher Julia was amazing !!!! Her fun personality and humor made this night absolutely fantastic. We also had a fun group and got to know people from different countries and share travel tips etc. Our food was exceptionally tasty and they gave us lots of wine. Would definitely return

Food was mediocre. I give 3 stars for presentation and service. Service was really good. Didn’t really have to wait for anything. They also were able to sit me on a Friday night, without reservation. We were really happy about that. We had the mussels and clams to start. They were really bland and tasted old. I come from New England. I know how good, fresh mussels taste. These were off. No flavor and extremely rubbery. We had the French fries, which were great, and the venison tartar with foie gras, which was delicious and as expected. My wife had the steak and mushrooms. The steak was super bland. You could see the oil on it, but there was no flavor. The mushrooms didn’t help any either. And the broccoli “flan” they had as a side looked amazing, but that’s all it had going for it. There was no flavor to that and it was like a soft broccoli pudding. I would be hesitant to come back. If it wasn’t for the presentation of the food, which looked lovely, and the service I wouldn’t leave any stars. That’s just our feeling, but read through the other reviews and tell yourself it’s good, only to be...

Long review alert We stayed in Firenze for 5 nights and went to the restaurant for dinner for 3 times. Our Airbnb host recommended the place to us, and our first experience was great. The waiter was friendly and very helpful. He asked the kitchen to make the food the way we wanted and it is tasty. And that was why we went back. Something unpleasant happened when we were there the third time. A waitress completely ignored us for many times while serving the other tables with exceptional hospitality, and ordered the wrong food which made us wait for an hour. We were really confused and angry with her attitude and behaviour. But the other waiters were really friendly and responsive. In the end the manager/owner apologised to us and offered us free dinner. It was a nice surprise and it did make us feel much better. So in general I would recommend this place to every tourist here in Firenze. Good food at reasonable price and good service....

Looked for somewhere for dinner on the way home and saw this restaurant. Despite the recent mediocre reviews, we decided to give it a try. The mediocre reviews were in fact correct. We ordered the napoli anni 60’ and sant’ ambrogio pizza. The sourness of the pickled broccoli on the sant’ ambrogio pizza was not a good pairing. Both pizzas had holes in it cuz the dough wasn’t evenly tossed. The crusts were also so chewy that it was inedible. Service was neutral. Server was not attentive but not rude. The decor was actually okay but the ambiance just felt off.

When it the bill came, I saw they charged €2 for water and it wasn’t even an unopened bottled water that we got. It was a used glass bottle that they just filled...
