Nice corner location run by mother and son. The mother is a sweetheart and tried to help me order best she could, it unfortunately was still a bit confusing but I rolled with the punches. First I tried two different types of their roman style offerings, the marinara and the pistachio, mortadella, & burrata. These were absolutely to die for. I would have ordered 1 or 2 more different styles but I had no idea how big they were going to be. The pistachio, mortadella, & burrata was legendary it was almost like a little sandwich but their sourdough recipe is seriously special. It takes everything to the next level, for example something as simple as the marinara. Then I tried one of their neopolitan pies, the golosa. It has eggplant, bacon, and rosemary and was absolutely delicious. Small complaint is that the bacon was tough to enjoy because of how it was presented. Yes it looks nice, but functionally would be better chopped up or something. All things considered, I can’t wait to get back here and try...

Honestly the best pizza I have ever had, I went for the sausage one and my god, the sausage packed a serious flavour punch, it was delightful! The dough was soft and not heavy what so ever, the lady there (sorry I didn’t get her name) even though she didn’t know much English (which obviously doesn’t even matter!) she was still very welcoming and accommodating, we initially asked for coke as our drink but she said they don’t stock it and only have natural/local products and she recommended the La Nostra Gazzosa and the Aranciata, which was a fizzy lemon or orange drink which definitely hit the spot! All in all a fabulous and unassuming place, definitely...

This place is so good. Almost all organic, the sourdough starter is 20+ years old, tended to with care. sourdough crust rises for 24-48 hours before turning into pizza dough. Flour comes from right close by in the region, mixed whole grain. Super flavorful, awesome toppings, various local cheeses, meats, anchovies. Simple local wine list too. Got a Sangiovese grown 8km away! Owners are super friendly and gracious, immediately could tell I couldn’t speak English and generously switched languages to help me order and show me the English menu. Perfect for a quick walk by lunch, 8 minute walk from all the hustle and bustle around the...
