Sushi Aurora — Restaurant in Florence

Disgusting and stay away! We ordered two sushi rolls and they were so bad that we couldn’t eat it. We ordered more and the waitress refused to give us more food and asked to finish the two freaking rolls eventhough we protested we couldn’t eat it (look at pictures). I told her we as a couple eat super less and have barely ordered anything but she didn’t let us order. Nowhere it mentioned I am supposed to finish everything before I order more. We left hungry and paid entirety of the lunch buffet. Don’t know how this business is still in place. Ridiculous...

Waited over 90minutes for our sushi. I asked the waiter to check on our ticket. He told me the food was arriving. One sushi roll arrived that we don’t remember ordering. After waiting 40 more minutes we were told that they did not have our order and we would have to reorder everything. It was already 10:20 (we arrived at 7:45) so we decided to cut losses and leave. We were offered a €3 discount and paid €90 for three people to eat edamame and drink water. Very disappointed in the service...

Great value!! Must visit to satisfy your sushi cravings whilst you're travelling. I'm from Australia so we have a lot of diverse take away meals from Indian, Mexican, Japanese or fusion; having this sushi really broke our cycle for having pizza and pasta every single day.
