Book Opera — Restaurant in Florence

Came across this café while heading to our vat tour on our last day in Florence. The service was absolutely incredible, and the barista knew her way around. There’s a super good breakfast deal 3 EURO each for a coffee, pastry, and a bottle of water. I don’t think you’ll find that anywhere else. The service was so SO good. I wish we could go back if we had another few days.

The barista offered to customize a croissant if we couldn’t find anything we liked. I will say that the croissant was a little dry, but the coffee was probably the best I’ve had so far. She made it however you wanted! Caffe latte, americano,...

It's all about the service! Jangmu and Antonio have been great welcoming and taking care of us. The food is just right and the coffee/espresso is poured perfect. As a barista myself, my standards are a bit high, and yet the pours are on point and the food is again, great. As for prices... You can't beat them Denise and I have been here 4 days within the week of being in Italy and we are definitely coming back. This is our 'go-to' spot! Perfect place for a quick breakfast or afternoon tea. An obvious hangout for local Florentine tradesman who are friends with the owner. And what a friendly guys he is. Politely asking for photos for his Instagram page and helpful to the max when we had great difficulty getting a taxi to the train station.

It helped that we were literally up the road two houses then upstairs one flight. We were breakfasted and back to get our bags in 20 mins - refreshed & ready for travel to...
