Very nice spot to hang out with friends, i had been there a couple of times already and the atmosphere is casual but i would say it’s also nice for simple hang outs as their drinks are pretty cheap and delicious, they also have a small terrace outside which adds to the vibe. Not a 5 star because sometimes their service is not so good, as you kind of get ignored by the staff, but it does get very crowded, regardless i believe the costumers should be assisted and not sighed at. Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative perché tutte le volte che è andato storto qualcosa il personale in primis si scusava e poi cercava di risolvere l’inconveniente. Ho lavorato tanto tempo al pubblico e nella ristorazione e se un cliente mi faceva notare che c’era qualcosa che non andava era compito mio e del responsabile rimediare all’errore e cercare di risollevare la situazione, chiedendo soprattutto scusa. Tralasciamo il fatto che uno dei panini non era quello indicato nel menu ma c’era la presenza di formaggio che non era segnalato tra gli ingredienti e non abbiamo voluto questionare ulteriormente dopo l’episodio precedente (ed essendo un allergene va sempre specificato per evitare che qualche persona possa stare molto male) , ma trovare un pezzo di fritto morso e che nessuno di noi aveva mangiato, spacciandolo come una rottura della pastella per non ammettere l’errore lo reputo molto grave. Non solo perché ti ritrovi a dover discutere con persone che hanno lavorato con gli alimenti e quindi conoscono l’abc dell’haccp, ma in quel modo rovini anche l’atmosfera della serata. Un vero peccato perché il posto ha del potenziale ed è molto carino, anche le ragazze che ci hanno servito sono state molto gentili. Ve lo do come consiglio: capisco che il lavoro sia logorante e che spesso si arriva a livelli di stanchezza dove non tolleri nemmeno più il più banale dei rumori, ma se il cliente ti fa notare una cosa, tra l’altro nemmeno una cosa da nulla, basta semplicemente scusarsi e comportarsi sempre con educazione.
