Ristorante Pizza Man — Restaurant in Florence

If I could give a lower rating I would. Travelled to Florence and felt like having pizza. We went here right when it opened and ordered five pizzas to go. After we got got back to our hotel and opened the boxes, saying we were disappointed is putting it lightly. The pizza dough was uncooked, the sauce was bland and runny. When a slice was picked up all the liquid leaked over the plate. We took the pizzas back and told them the issue. The guy, whom I assume is the owner and the lady we're rude, dismissive and would be more own up to their own mistake and kept telling us the pizza is fine. After we tried explaining for a few minutes they wouldn't not budge. They wouldn't refund our money or make us new pizzas. We left the pizzas there and walked out. There are many other pizzerias on the strip, I would definitely recommend...

When i have visited italy Florence, i wanted to eat something around there. I saw that restaurant and wanted to try it. I ordered grilled chicken and fried potatoes. They make me wait 45 minutes. When i asked ''my meal?'' , waiter answered ''5 minutes later'' . It repeated many times. 45 minutes later my meal came. But it was NOT chicken. I asked ''why didn't you say that chicken is finished in restaurant? " Waiter say nothing and laughed. I don't like that piza man firenze/ baracca il barco. I hope no one meets that bad situation and bad memories about there... Think twice and Choose...

The pizza I had at this establishment was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. On the first night traveling from Canada I wanted a pizza. What a mistake. The dough was raw in the middle, it was so wet the toppings just slide right off. It turns my stomach thinking about it. The fact that my worst pizza I have ever had including Canada resides in Italy is sad. The best pizza I have had is definitely from Italy but my god this is not the place to have it. Milano, Venice, Napoli, Roma etc.. never even close to...
