Ristorante Pizzeria Acquario — Restaurant in Genoa

I loved this restaurant next to the Acquario of Genova. We did not book anything in Genova in advance, so luckily this restaurant could offer us a table, and I’m so happy we could find it. My friends had gnocchi with pesto and me pasta alla scoglia (I hope I remember it well), about my pasta - it was spectacular, very good taste and lots of seafood, my friends were also satisfied by pesto a lot. Pizza wasn’t the best, I would like a bit more cheese there, we took the one with Buffala. I also liked that they brought us hot bread, not just some leftovers, but fresh and baked in a minute. Nice place with good food. The appetizers were delicious, I ordered shrimp risotto. but I found a hair in it. The waiter stated that it was mine, and she was the only girl employee in this place. You still have to learn and learn how to provide good service! Because I didn’t even hear an apology for the situation. I honestly wanted to finish this dish, because it really was tasty. But I got the hair from inside the dish, not from above or next to it. The dish was not removed from the bill. They offered nothing in return. I thought I would end this story here, but the staff didn't even bother to say goodbye!!!! Too...

This restaurant was a horrible experience. our reservation got kinda lost. But „luckily” there was a free table. We ordered some drinks and got sodas. They don’t have any of the drinks on the menue. So we decided do order some wine which we never received. We got all plates at the same time. Appetisers and main dishes. We had to ask 4 times for the bill and had to wait at least 50 minutes. During this time the waiter run around, cleaning tables with hands, taking orders from new customers, and brought the bill to the couple next to us (they had to wait 1 min).
