The perfect local coffee shop and bar in Lecce’s historic center - don’t miss the great coffees and delicious food with a warm atmosphere. On a family vacation (6 adults and two children under 3 years old), we visited Flow every day. With delicious food and drinks, a charming historic location, outdoor seating, and very friendly staff, Flow Bar is welcome stop for travelers and locals alike. We all enjoyed breakfasts of pancakes, eggs, yogurt, meusli, cornettos (croissants), local pastries (pasticciotto), panini, and fruit. The coffee drinks are always delicious, and the service is fast and accurate. After a few days, we felt that the gracious staff had become our new friends in Lecce. They even even went out of their way to give bubbles and balloons to the 2-year old during our visits. Overall a fantastic place with great food and friendly service. Grazie Stefano & Mattia! FLOW è un angolo unico a Lecce (uno dei primi locali entrando da Porta Rudiae), per come pensato e curato nei dettagli. Offre dei percorsi gustativi apparentemente semplici ( tramezzini - focaccia salentina - pinsa - croissant salato inbottito con sapori tipici salentini) ma che sono frutto di un'attenta ricerca nutrizionale e gustativa. Ottimo il cus cus alle verdure km zero, con frutta secca ( noci e mandorle) , uvetta e gamberi e a completare germogli Biodinamici; un piatto veramente di equilibrio. Anche i dolci sono fatti in casa ( cheesecake con frutta fresca e tiramisu' esplosivo). Buona scelta dei vini locali e caffè 100% Arabica estratto alla perfezione. Le materie prime di eccellenza e la cura nel dettaglio delle preparazioni offrono un esperienza EMOZIONALE da provare. Atmosfera coinvolgente con esposizione temporanea di opere creative di Autori salentini (e non solo) che offrono spunti meditativi non casuali.
