Quo Vadis — Restaurant in Livorno

Disclaimer - Brit on cruise made to stop here as part of tour.....if I'd made a solo visit, it would be fine. Shame i can't be more generous with stars because the americano and cappuccino were good, and the biscotti was OK. When 40 tourists are expected, maybe the Tour company could give Quo Vadis notice of arrival so we don't sit around waiting. OK, so the view is pleasing and staff are friendly, it's just doesn't seem organised for big parties on a tight schedule. Please can the owner give feedback to the Tour company...the Tour company doesn't listen to...

Disclaimer—American forced to get drinks here on a cruise ship tour. Our entire group wasted an hour waiting for 40 people to get drinks. Espresso was ok. Really disappointed the snack was small store bought mini muffins. Restroom ran out of toilet paper. Staff totally overwhelmed. Asked for food and Prosecco—which I was willing to pay for —and they laughed at me. Food looked like it could’ve been good. Too bad they didn’t want...

Mettere una stella é già tanto…Siamo arrivati alle due meno venti e alle tre ancora non potevamo mangiare…tavoli dopo di noi come sono arrivati hanno ordinato hanno mangiato…i camerieri veramente maleducati e scocciati,per quanto ho visto non li puoi chiedere niente!Non hanno organizzazione,il locale non deve avere solo cibo buono,ma deve avere soprattutto ospitalità ed educazione con i clienti,senó non é piacevole vivere un pranzo o una cena!Con questo concludo dicendo che un locale bisogna saperlo tenere,SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.Aggiungo così non dite che non sono venuto,ho preso prima un off shore che alla fine non ho più preso perché non c’era il salmone e poi ho preso un arcipelago toscano. Però chi dice che non potrò cambiare idea…dai infondo c’è una seconda...
