Nice restaurant in the Promessi Sposi hotel with great food but maybe not quite all the fine dining touches you would expect.
Pros: The food is really good. The dishes we had were inventive and flavorful. Particularly liked the arctic char appetizer (have had thousands of pieces of raw fish but not sure I’ve ever had it with a raspberry compote) and my wife loved her lamb.
Cons: I feel like it’s trying to be a fine dining restaurant which it’s really not. If it was in a well-decorated restaurant with awesome service maybe I would look past the 3 hour dining timeline, expensive prices, really small portions, etc but it just felt out of place.
