Having spent 5 nights in Lecco we booked a table yesterday at 19:00 for 3 people at your restaurant.

When we arrived there was no one else in the restaurant and we were shown to a small square table which I noticed was sitting right underneath an extractor fan to the right of the main door. I asked the waitress in charge if we could move because it was noisy, and it was obvious at that point that she had an issue with our request and she most definitely had an attitude problem.

We were reluctantly given another small square table further along to the left. Here, one of our party was facing the windows with their back towards the water, which was not acceptable especially as there were plenty of tables for 4, unreserved and empty.

Again when I asked to be moved we were offered a table at the far end to the left that was more acceptable, but it was the unspoken attitude that was shown to me and my friends that was shocking.

The food was however good and the younger waitress serving was very polite.

We chose to leave after our main course as our evening had not been a pleasant experience in your restaurant.

I got married in Lecco and had my welcome event for the wedding. I found this restaurant on google and I was extremely happy with my choice and to hear it was part of the same hotel we stayed at.

The location and views of the lake are spectacular. The food is delicious and their pizzas and pastas are a must try. The staff is professional and friendly. I worked with Emanuele for the restaurant event and they worked with me on the menu I wanted for my event. I had a 50/50 crowd of the vegetarians and meat eaters. They made sure to serve the variety for both, starting from variety of cheese, meat selection, different kind of salads for both vegetarians and meat lovers. For main courses we had pizzas and 2 kinds of pastas vegetarian penne Arabiatta the best sauce I’ve tasted and meat gnocchi. They gave me the restaurant for the evening. It was everything I had hoped for and much more. All my guests loved the venue and only had great things to say about it.
